Silver Eagle Band Saw
The Silver Eagle Line offer economical entry without sacrificing quality. The Silver Eagle Band Saw has 30" wheels and runs a 1" or 1 1/4" blade.
Designed to resaw up to 6 1/2" thick and 6 1/2" wide cants or boards.
- Frame: Heavy 5/8" plate is used for reinforcing to avoid the bending action found in lighter weight band saws
- Arbors: 2 7/16" stress proof steel
- Arbor bearing: 2 7/16" double roller link belt bearing.
- Arbor motors: 15HP 1800 ODP 220/440 3 phase.
- Arbor belt drive: 2-belt drive
- Work height: 36" from floor to top of feed belt.
- Material length: Most standard saws are designed for 25" - 60" material.
- Hydraulic feed system: Variable speed hydraulic drive with top and bottom powered tire and belt.
- Band wheels: 30" dynamically balanced at 900 RPM for vibration free running.
- Band width: Designed for 1" or 1 1/4" wide bands (13'5" long)
- Dust pickup: 6" round
- Height adjustment: Hydraulic hand pump that allows any combination of cuts with indicator.
- Guide pads: Carbide.
