This Incisor Drum is designed to pay for itself in a short period of time in reduced maintenance costs.

Some customer report that our 15" drums have incised over 400,000 ties without replacing plates.

Specifications

Frame sides 1" plate for long life.
Inspection doors for easy access inside of machine.
First machine has two vertical incising drums, one powered by hydraulic to feed material through machine, the other is an idler and a pressure roll to ensure depth of the teeth.
The second machine has two horizontal incisor drums, the bottom is the drive and the top is the pressure.
18' of live rolls between the two machines with 5-1/2" x 18" rolls with 1-15/16" bearings and #80 chain.
Live holdover to ensure straight entry into second machine.
